This Beautiful and very comfortable villa, is suitable for 10 to 12 people. This villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 double and 1 twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one is en-suite. It has a sunny living room that overlooks the pool, a fully equipped kitchen and a large games area with table tennis and a football table. It also has a double sofa-bed.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, internet, and fully fitted to medium size group of people or for a family, with plenty of space to do your own thing. Having a pool, makes it ideal for those relaxing summer days. This new villa is superbly furnished and offers its visitors a very comfortable and peaceful stay. The interior is spacious and has modern facilities for ease and comfort. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped for a self catering holiday and there are options to dine inside or ‘al fresco’ by the pool. At the front of the villa there is a gate and space to park the cars.
Barrocal is a small and rural village situated north of Altura, only less than 5 minutes by car from Altura’s beach. This area is mainly made up of private detached villas and is 5 mins by car from Praia Verde, a lovely beach resort. Just a short drive away are the towns of Monte Gordo (10 km) which used to be a small fishing village and over the years, has transformed itself into a colourful, friendly and very Portuguese holiday resort; Vila Real de Santo Antonio (8 km) where you can stroll through the pedestrianised town centre and have a coffee in one of the many different cafes; Cacela Velha, a quaint and historic town with its 14th century church; Tavira (20 km) famous for its many churches, its river and the Roman footbridge. Ayamonte in Spain is a 15-minute ferry ride from Vila Real de Santo Antonio, or 10 min across the bridge by car. Seville is a 90-minute drive away and well worth a visit!
