This traditional 5 bedroom villa offers ample floor area and accommodates up to ten people including children. It is located in the very popular Casas da Audiência resort, next to Praia Verde, and only 10 mins walk from the beach which is approximately 700 meters away.
The villa features three double bedrooms on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed, and a further bedroom with two single beds. There is also an additional bathroom on the ground floor. All bedrooms provide plenty of storage space with wardrobes.
Villa 124 has a spacious open plan living room and dining area, which opens out onto the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and also opens onto the garden – The villa is air conditioned and has cable TV and fast fibre internet.
The back of the villa has a shaded area if you wish to eat outside. It also has deckchairs and sitting down areas so as you can relax in the shade or in the sunshine.
The villa is close to a nature reserve with extensive pine tree trails and a lake and which is a beautiful walk or bike ride into the tourist town of Monte Gordo, and is a favourite of hikers and birdwatchers. The sports facilities in Vila Real Santo António are regularly used by training athletes throughout the year.
