This traditional 3 bedroom villa offers ample floor area and accommodates up to 6 adults and 4 children. It is located in the very popular village of Altura, close to Praia Verde, Monte Gordo and Vila Real de Santo António, and only a stone’s throw from the beach which is approximately 50 meters away.
The villa features three double bedrooms on the first floor, with en-suites to the master bedroom and outside terraces. There is a shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms and an additional bathroom / cloakroom with shower on the ground floor. All bedrooms provide plenty of storage space with large built in wardrobes.
Villa 38 has a spacious open plan living room and dining area, which opens out onto the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and is ideal for medium sized groups. The villa is fully air conditioned.
The lower ground floor is completely open plan and is designed as a kids playroom or rumpus room. There is also a large screen TV for the to keep the kids amused.
The private back garden is mainly laid to lawn with a private swimming pool. to the side. It has a covered dining area and a brick barbecue, which is ideal for cooking over charcoal and dining “al-fresco”. The villa also has private parking for one car and is ideally situated for those who want to leave the car at home and walk to the beach.
The sports facilities in Vila Real Santo António, which is about ten minutes away, are regularly used by training athletes throughout the year.
