This elegant modern 4 bedroom detached villa sleeps eight, has plenty of parking, and features a private outdoor swimming pool and a large dining terrace with traditional Portuguese style brick barbecue. Ideal for dining “al-fresco”, or relaxing with friends and family, whilst enjoying those Algarvean hot summer days and warm summer nights!
The villa is ideally situated in the very popular Casas da Audiência, next to the Praia Verde resort, and between the tourist towns of Monte Gordo and Altura. It is close enough for all the local night life, but just far enough away to avoid the summer crowds!
On the ground floor there is a spacious and airy open plan living room and dining area, which opens out onto the large terrace and BBQ area. There is also a fully equipped and modern style kitchen and utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Also on the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one of these has an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have French doors facing the front of the villa. There is also an additional cloakroom / bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are a further two double bedrooms both with en-suites that share a large veranda which overlooks the pool.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has cable Internet and TV. Around the pool area there are deckchairs for sunbathing and lazing those summer days away. There is also a cool and quiet seating area which provides a nice spot, if you just want to read a book and enjoy a cool drink.
Casas da Audiência is located next to the Praia Verde resort, in the unspoilt Eastern Algarve. This area is mainly made up of private villas and has direct access to the beach. Whether you are a beach lover, golfer, athlete or you just want to relax on the terrace with a glass of the local wine this is the place to be.
Towards the beach there is a nature reserve, which is a beautiful walk or bike ride into the town of Monte Gordo, and is a favourite with birdwatchers. The world class sports facilities in Vila Real Santo António are regularly used by training athletes throughout the year.
