Casas da Audiência

The Casas da Audiência development is rapidly becoming one of the most popular locations in the area, and is set next to Praia Verde, in the unspoilt Eastern Algarve. This development is made up of around 450 private villas and has direct access to the beach.

Casas da Audiência boasts two restaurants on the beach itself, as well as a Sushi bar. If sea food is what you want, visit Sem Espinhas on Praia do Cabeço. This restaurant fully deserves its reputation for the best sea food in the area.

There is also a local café and bakery, where you can buy bread freshly baked on the premises, as well as basic meals and snacks such as toasties, hamburgers and omelettes. Most of the year round, they also have a meal of the day, which is exceptionally well priced for those watching their budgets, and is exceptional value for money. They also have a small mini-market which stocks the essentials which is extremely convenient when you don’t want to take the car to the supermarket.

The beach is around 5 minutes walk from the villas, and its’ beautiful unspoilt white sand stretches for miles.

Whether you are a beach lover, golfer, athlete or you just want to relax with a glass of the local wine, this is the place to be.

Towards the beach there is a nature reserve, which is a beautiful walk or bike ride into the town of Monte Gordo, and is a favourite of birdwatchers. We also fly over the beach, so you can see the kilometres of white sand and open expanse of our paradise.

The sports facilities in Vila Real Santo António are a favourite with Olympic and European athletes and are regularly used throughout the year.
