This charming semi-rural 3 bedroom detached villa is very well presented and accommodates six to eight people. It is fully air conditioned and includes fast fibre Internet, and cable TV. Casa dos Olhos has plenty of private parking, and is only five minutes drive to the beach.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are a further 2 bedrooms on the first floor, both with twin single beds and a shared bathroom. The two private verandas provide wonderful views over the nature reserve and surrounding area, and are a favourite for watching the sunrise.
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable and homely living room and separate dining room, which has a sofa bed that can accommodate two extra children. There is also a bathroom with bath, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room.
Outside there is a terrace with a traditional Portuguese style brick barbecue, table and chairs, and gardens with fruit trees that extend all around the spacious grounds of the villa.
The private infinity pool is elevated and has a wonderful view overlooking the “Sapal” nature reserve, and is a great place to cool off and sunbathe during those hot summer days.
This villa is ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy the spectacular serenity of Algarve summers, without the hustle and bustle of the holiday crowds. It is situated in a quiet semi-rural area, that is centrally located, and close to the exclusive Praia Verde resort, as well as the tourist towns of Monte Gordo, Castro Marim and Altura.
